In short: ThinkTest uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to sign you in, keep forms secure and remember a few of your choices. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. “Local storage” is similar storage that stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. ThinkTest uses both only for the purposes below.
Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
thinktest_session | Keeps you signed in and remembers your active organisation and role. | Until you sign out, or 120 minutes without activity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | Same as the session |
When you sign in, our single sign-on service at auth.nvdra.com sets its own sign-in and security cookies so that one NVDRA login works across all NVDRA applications.
Browser storage on your device
| Name | Purpose |
|---|---|
thinktest.sidebar | Remembers whether you collapsed the side menu. |
If you allow notifications, your browser also keeps a push subscription and a small service worker so that ThinkTest can show notifications.
Third parties
We do not allow advertising or analytics companies to set cookies through ThinkTest. Fonts and scripts are served from our own servers.
Your choices
Because these cookies are needed for the Service to work, they are set without a consent banner. You can delete or block them in your browser settings at any time, but then you will not be able to stay signed in. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes the local storage listed above.
